Our Plant At Rudrapur

Our manufacturing plant is spread over 1 million sq ft at SIDCUL Pantnagar Rudrapur in Uttranchal. Rudrapur established in 1960, is a small and beautiful town with all basic modern facilities with a fast growing population of almost 200,000.

Pioneer have 6 fully automated PVC calendars to produce best in class PVC film to produce Flex banner and one dedicated Calendar to produce film for Self Adhesive Vinyl. All Calendars are equipped with Korean and Taiwanese technical collaboration that are first of its kind in India.

Pioneer have 11 laminating machines Hot & Cold both. All are imported from renowned companies from Germany, Korea and Taiwan to produce best quality Flex Banner.

Warp / Knitted Fabric Machines

Warp / Knitted Fabric Machines

Pioneer is equipped with 13 Knitting and 4 warping fabric Machines, imported from Karl Mayer Liba, Germany. We use in-house produced knitted Fabric to manufacture Flex Banner.

Self Adhesive Vinyl

Pioneer have PE Coating Machine, Silicon Coating Machine and Vinyl production line along with a dedicated Calendar to produce excellent quality Self-Adhesive Vinyl.

Paper tube/packaging materials

Paper tube and hard cover used for packing of flex banner is produced in-house on indigenous machines. This ensures high quality upto the packing.
